The Banquet Bartender is responsible for maintaining a bar as part of a banquet function; creating and preparing beverages in accordance with guest or menu specifications; taking orders, serving food and beverage items to guests in a fast paced environment while maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the bar area. Position may also be responsible for cash handling and must do so in accordance with the Company's cash handling policy and procedures. The Banquet Bartender will complete liquor requisitions, set up and / or close the bar area following established procedures.. This position requires excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays. |
